Who we are

A specialist supplier, not a generalist printer.

There is a difference between a general print shop that offers embroidery as one line item among twenty services, and a supplier for whom embroidery and workwear is the whole operation. We are the latter.

Embroidery has its own craft: the digitising has to be done well for the logo to reproduce cleanly at small sizes. Thread tension has to be calibrated to the fabric weight. Backing materials have to match the garment type. These details matter because they are the difference between an embroidered logo that looks sharp for two years and one that puckers and loses definition after six months of washing.

Our focus on this specific category means we can give you honest advice about what will and will not translate well into stitching, which garment weights perform at which price points, and what to realistically expect from a given fabric and decoration combination.

Our standards

Before any garment ships, it goes through a three-point check. First: the embroidery placement is confirmed against the original order spec. Second: thread colors are visually verified against the brand reference provided at order. Third: the stitching is inspected for density, puckering and any skipped stitches around detail areas. Pieces that do not pass get reworked or replaced, not shipped.

That is not exceptional. It is what a basic quality standard looks like. We mention it because a common complaint we hear from new customers is receiving embroidered garments from a previous supplier that had loose threads, off-center placement or a logo that looked nothing like the reference. Those problems come from production lines that skip inspection. We do not skip it.

What we stock and source

We hold stock in the most commonly ordered blank garments so that standard orders can move quickly. The brands we use most heavily are Gildan, Hanes, Port Authority, Sport-Tek and Carhartt for workwear applications; Flexfit and Otto for caps; and Dickies and Bulwark for industrial and hi-vis categories. If you have a preferred garment brand, ask us. We can source it.

All embroidery thread is Madeira Polyneon, a commercial-grade polyester thread that handles high-heat washing without fading, resists UV degradation and maintains color consistency across production runs. We use the same thread brand across all machines so reorders match existing garments.

How orders work

The process is straightforward. You send us your artwork, the garment type, the quantity and any deadline. We come back with a stitch count, a thread color match confirmation, a garment option or two at different price points, and a per-piece quote. You approve it, we run it, and it ships to you.

The only variable that sometimes slows things down is artwork quality. A clean vector logo digitises in a day. A low-resolution JPEG that needs reconstruction, or a logo with fine gradients that need to be simplified for stitching, takes longer. Sending us the highest-quality version of your logo file at the start keeps everything moving.

Reorders and ongoing accounts

Most of our volume comes from repeat customers. A plumbing company that first ordered ten polos now reorders four or five pieces each time a new employee joins. A restaurant group that started with one location now runs the same program across three. That kind of steady, low-friction reorder relationship is what we are set up for.

We keep stitch files, color notes and order history on file for every customer. You do not need to resend your artwork or re-explain your brand colors each time. Tell us what you need, confirm the size, and we run it.

Contact

Email us at [email protected]. Tell us your logo, the garment type and the quantity and we will send back a quote within one business day. No sales calls, no account setup forms: just an email.

New customer? The easiest way to start is to order a single sample piece with your logo before committing to a full run. You see the quality in person, approve the thread color match, and reorder from there. The per-piece cost is higher on a single piece, but the digitising fee applies only once.

Start with one piece or a full crew run.

Send us your logo and tell us what you need. We will have a quote back to you within one business day.
