Trade workwear has to survive conditions that office clothing never sees — scaffolding dust, concrete splash, daily washing, sharp edges and long days outdoors. The garments we supply for trades are chosen for durability first. That means heavyweight poly-cotton blends (at minimum 65% polyester for shape retention), reinforced stitching on stress points and fabrics that keep their color after repeated industrial washing cycles.
For most trade businesses, the standard kit is a left-chest embroidered polo or t-shirt for summer and a hi-vis work hoodie or bomber jacket for winter. Company name, phone number and logo — all in embroidery that will still look clean two years in. Hi-vis garments are available in Class 2 and Class 3 ANSI/ISEA 107-compliant styles. We place logos above or below the reflective tape to maintain the certification requirements.
Common trade sectors we work with: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, general contracting, pest control, property maintenance and delivery fleets.

In restaurants, cafes, hotels and retail, uniform presentation does two things: it tells customers who the staff are, and it builds a sense that the place is run properly. Neither requires expensive garments. It requires consistency. Same shirt, same placement, same quality on every person on the floor.
We work with hospitality and service businesses on polo shirts and button-down work shirts with small left-chest logos, embroidered aprons (canvas and denim), and cap programs where front-of-house staff are uniformed head to toe. Colors are matched to the brand palette. Seasonal reorders are handled quickly because the stitch file already exists.
Common sectors: restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels, spas, retail boutiques, event staff, cleaning services and security.

Sports clubs and teams are one of our busiest categories, because the need is predictable and repeating. A new season starts, new players join, someone left their jacket on the bus. Reordering a few pieces to match the existing kit is straightforward because we hold the stitch file and remember the color codes from the original run.
We do jerseys, polo shirts, training tops, hoodies, caps and bags for a wide range of clubs: amateur football, baseball, basketball, softball, volleyball, corporate sports leagues, running clubs, cycling teams and school programs. Squad numbers and player names are available as additional embroidery on jerseys and training tops.
For club committee members and managers, we also do a separate style, often a darker color jacket or polo with a "Staff" or "Coach" designation alongside the club badge, so the hierarchy is immediately obvious on game day.

The questions we get asked most often before a first order.
We supply a downloadable sizing chart for each garment style. For crews of ten or more, we recommend a brief fitting session using the size chart, then collecting a size list from each person before placing the order. Garment sizing varies slightly by brand and style; we note which brands run large or small in our quote.
We cannot offer exchanges on embroidered garments that have been decorated, so getting sizes confirmed upfront is important. For uncertain cases, ordering one or two spares in the most common sizes covers most situations.
Embroidered garments last longest when washed inside-out in warm (not hot) water and tumble-dried on medium heat. Very high wash temperatures degrade the fabric and eventually the garment itself faster than the embroidery.
For hi-vis garments, do not use bleach. It degrades the fluorescent dye in the fabric and can affect compliance ratings. Most hi-vis manufacturers recommend 25 to 50 wash cycles before the garment should be replaced for safety-critical applications.
This is one of the more practical benefits of using a single supplier for your branded workwear: when you hire someone new, add a vehicle to the fleet or replace a worn item, reordering is straightforward. We keep your stitch file and your color notes on file. You tell us the garment type, the size and the quantity, and we run it.
We do not have a minimum on reorders. A single polo shirt to match the rest of the crew is fine. The per-garment embroidery cost is the same regardless, and often competitive even on a single piece because there is no re-digitising involved.
Some customers have a supplier relationship for the blank garments and just need the embroidery done. That works. Send us the garments along with your artwork and we will embroider them at our standard decoration rate.
Note that we cannot take responsibility for garment quality or sizing issues on customer-supplied items, and we cannot replace a garment that is damaged in the embroidery process if it was supplied to us. For most standard woven and knit fabrics that is extremely unlikely, but it is worth knowing the terms.
Lightweight fashion-grade polo shirts (the ones that cost very little per unit) are typically 150 to 180 grams per square meter (gsm). They feel fine to wear once. After fifty commercial washes they are thin, shapeless and the embroidery puckers because the fabric has shrunk around it.
The garments we stock for workwear applications are generally 200 gsm and above. Work hoodies and outerwear start at 280 gsm. That extra weight is the difference between a uniform that looks good for a full season and one that looks tired by February.
If you are comparing quotes from different suppliers, check the gsm of the blank garment being quoted. A lower per-piece price sometimes reflects a lighter garment that will need replacing sooner. We will always tell you the brand and weight of what we are quoting so you can compare properly.
We will come back with a stitch count estimate, thread color options, garment brand choices and a per-piece price. No commitment needed to get a quote.
